Wehrpass for Wilhelm Herrmann, born 17 April 1896, Saarbrücken.  He was a married engineer in civilian.

The Wehrpass was started 28 April 1942.   The cover has the swastika inked in, indicating it was used an identification after WW2.

Page 3 has a “control” ink stamp showing it was checked by occupying French authorities after war’s end.

He was drafted for military service, and was classified Landwehr II, 26 June 1937.  He again underwent another physical exam, 15 Jun 1943, and was classified fit to serve, Ersatz I.

There was yet another physical exam (not shown) on 20 April 1944, where he was found fit to serve Landwehr IB.

It doesn’t appear Herrmann was ever called to active military service.
